To feed air into the overhead console, we adapted the upper baggage bulkhead corrugation, since we did not want to weaken the bulkhead.
Also, made some insect filters from aviation grade tea strainers…
We adapted the baggage door hinge in order to make the door removable. A doubler with nutplates backs up the F-1058 hinge frame. This way the frame is not weakened by the required holes for the nutplates. Now the hinge can be screwed on and off.
